- International shipping is available for an additional fee. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply, and it is the customer's responsibility to cover these charges.

- Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders within the United States are delivered within 3-5 business days.

Refund
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from NITIGO. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free refund policy. Here are the important details:

- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following situations:
No reason returns: If you wish to return a product without any specific reason, the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect: If you decide to return a product for any reason other than a proven defect, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.
Buyer's accidental returns: If you accidentally return a product, the shipping costs will need to be covered by you.
Returning personal items: If you are returning personal items, such as clothing or accessories, the shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Mefirt quality control to be in working condition: If you claim that an item has a defect but our quality control determines that it is in working condition, you will need to cover the shipping costs for the return.
